Premium  Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership fee: Annual membership fee of Rs. 5999/- (inclusive of applicable GST) to be paid by the customer to enjoy the benefits of the membership club. This fee is not returnable in any case.

The membership is subject to following terms & conditions:

1. LabSakha has a right to accept or deny the membership of any customer or any member.
2. Members are only authorized to get extra 2% discount on products price & free of cost delivery for any amount of invoice.
3. Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment of membership fee.
4. Reward points, Promocodes are added facilities to the members and can be withdrawn at any time without any prior notice.
5. Rest other facilities , benefits and offers can be withdrawn any time without any prior notice to the members.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

7 Day Refund Policy:
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience. We assure you that all products sold on LabSakha are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ then we will issue refund after it is proved that the product is defective/damaged and such product has to be shipped back to us. Refund will be initiated only if the product is sent back to us within 7 days. We issue cash refund to your account directly, in case the product is received in damaged/Not working condition.

Cancellation Policy:
In case you want to cancel the order before the product is being dispatched, we issue 100% Refund in form of issue Coupon Code or transfer value to Reward Points. Which can be used for any further purchase. If we have already dispatched the order, we will not be able to cancel the order.

LabSakha holds the right to cancel orders at any given time, either due to non-availability, pricing error or any such circumstances where we will not be able to fulfil the order.

Cancellation Due to refusal to accept the Package

In case the customer does not take the delivery of the product when attempted by courier person or refuse the package during delivery. We will not be able to refund the amount.
Note: In case of cancellation from customer, we will deduct 2% of total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable.

Products Acceptance at Customer end

Glassware : Glassware should be checked at the time of delivery for any breakage, will not be returned once delivery is accepted.

1. Plasticware: Plasticware to be checked at the time of delivery for any deformity or breakage, will not be returned once delivery is accepted.
2. Regents: Reagents will not be returned once opened. They are to be verified by the respective company personnel once opened for replacement.
3. Machines: Those machines which needs to be installed by the respective Company’s Engineer, should not be opened at customer end. Once machine is received by the customer the LabSakha will inform the respective company for the installation. The machine will be opened and installed by the Engineer.

The company and LabSakha will not be responsible for any missing accessory or any breakage if the machine is opened by the customer.

1. Analytical Instruments : Analytical instruments to be installed by the customer themselves. Please check any breakage at the time of delivery. If it found Malfunctioned, return should be initiated within two days from the date of receiving, after which the return or replacement will not be made. Warranty will be given by the respective company as per their norms. Please check warranty terms and conditions of the product from the company or you can mail us at [email protected] for the warranty terms and conditions of the product.

Note: In case of cancellation from customer, we will deduct 2% of total transaction amount from total refund amount as bank transaction charges are applicable.
Return & Replacement Policy
Return Policy: We will provide Return  for all our products at the time of delivery of product with genuine reason for return.
Material should be returned only in case of :

Found breakage or damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.

• Wrong product supplied.
• Product not delivered in required temperature controlled condition.

No Return:

• If product packaging is opened or product is used.
• Performance related issues.

• If product ordered wrongly or without checking its specifications & descriptions.

Replacement Policy: We will provide Replacement for all our products at the time of delivery of product with genuine reason for replacement:

Material should be replaced only in case of :

• Found breakage or damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.
• Wrong product supplied.
• Product not delivered in required temperature controlled condition.

No replacement:

• If product packaging is opened or product is used.
• If product ordered wrongly or without checking its specifications & descriptions.

Performance related replacements:

• Replacements of product used is to be done only after related product company’s verification and approval.
• Performance related issues is to be solved by the respective product company, replacement will be made only after approval from the company.
• Short expiry material will not be replaced or returned by LabSakha.

General Conditions for Return & Replacement of products:

1. Please purchase the material after reading its description , literature & product details. Verify about the product , performance of the products, its utility etc. before purchasing. Once sold LabSakha is not liable to return or replace the product.
2. The product should be in salable condition at the time of return and replacement.
3. We will not accept return if the product was ordered by mistake or without seeing proper specifications.
4. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
5. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by our inspection team.
6. LabSakha’s decision will be final decision whether to return or replace the material or not.
